I have been using mindfulness techniques for over 30 years. I love to attend trainings and workshops. I believe that we are always learning and always re-experiencing things over and over. I am a teacher and lawyer, and I believe that meditation helps keep me in balance for all that I do. I helped found MindFULL Me because I would really have appreciated one place to find everything. When I first started to explore mindfulness, I would search all over for different things and lessons. I wished that I could go to one place to start my search or give me direction. MindFULL ME represents what I wanted so many years ago. We want to bring lots of information to you via Weekly Messages, Meditations, Podcasts, book and workshop recommendations, and a question box for those wanting a little more individualized information. Our board is diverse in careers, age and experience to bring you well balanced approach. Come heal with us and empty your glass!

Welcome to my Bio. My name is Jonathon Mungal and I’m a Senior in high School. The first time I heard about mindfulness, I blew it off. I didn't think breathing or letting my mind get a rest would truly solve anything. Nonetheless, my sophomore year one of my teachers decided to start every class with meditation. The first few times I didn't take them seriously, then as time went on I kept getting drawn into them and suddenly I felt my days were more productive. Since then not only am I a believer, but a practitioner of mindfulness activities. It helps me achieve things more productively and successfully. Personally, I think everyones’ life will be benefited through mindfulness practices, which is why I am proud to be part of mindFULL me. Our mission is to help as many people as possible, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, or abilities and bring mindfulness into there lives. Truly mindfulness can change the entire outlook of your life, in a positive direction. I look forward to you being on the team, and emptying your glass with us!

Hello everyone, my name is Fernando Davila and I am a Freshman in college. As I was growing up, I never really believed in mindfulness but honestly, I just never gave it a shot and tried it first-hand. I had a very stressful childhood and coped with it in my own ways that didn’t involve useful mindfullness. This all changed my sophomore year of high school when I met everyone that is now part of the board on mindFULLme. A teacher of mine introduced me to meditations and from the moment I tried it, I saw how helpful it was and wanted to show others that this actually works and not think how I did as a kid. That’s when we all started mindFULLme. The techniques I have learned and now share with others through this great organization is truly life changing. I think everyone should include mindfulness in their everyday life because it relaxes you, it relieves stress, and genuinely makes you a happier person. I’m more than excited and proud to share these life changing skills to everyone and be part of mindFULLme.

In highschool, it was evident I wasn't the only one that needed this help and I wanted to be part of a change that could help everyone find their own inner peace which is where MindFULL

Hello, my name is Jake Lynch and I am now a freshman in college. Through the majority of my life you would have seen me on the baseball field. Well that changed towards the end of my sophomore year in which I badly injured my shoulder after returning from an illness. I had two options for my junior year; rehab all summer to return to baseball or try something new. So, I tried something new which was mock trial. On this mock trial team I was introduced to mindfulness and its impacts. However skeptical I was at first and can still be at times I am reminded that the organization we started is all about education and why these techniques are solidified ways of self improvement. I even got the chance to play baseball again after learning these techniques and I found that when I returned my ability to deal with stress improved my game. So I know this all works. Proud to be on the mindFULL me team!
